It can take years to truly embody and command the practice of dynamic mindfulness meditation.

In this guided meditation practice, I’ve combined aspects of the Wim Hof breathing method with dynamic mindfulness to create a hybrid meditation model.

This model has been a powerful tool in helping my clients adopt the daily habit of meditation, creating a wide range of benefits – mind and body.

It’s not for everyone.
