Josh openly shares his experiences as an elite athlete, through his motivational talks, workshops and coaching. The challenges he’s overcome to achieve great success inspire resilience. He provides insight into training the body and mind to be in their healthiest and most optimized state. Joshua’s inspiration is the spiritual journey and discovering our limitless potential, and that “anything is possible”.
He is a 31 time Canadian champion wheelchair racer, competing in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 10000m and Marathon. He has held Canadian Records in multiple track and road events. Josh has competed at three Paralympic Games; Beijing 2008, London 2012, and Rio 2016. He has won the London Marathon, Chicago Marathon, LA Marathon, and many more.. including the prestigious Boston Marathon, where he won and recorded the “World’s Fastest Time” of 1:18:25 in 2012. He’s won medals at the Commonwealth Games, Para PanAm Games and World Championships.
