Freedom

Holding on to ‘how it was’ will only create suffering and disappointment.

Life is a river, everything changes, and everything is impermanent.

When we see everything as impermanent, we learn that relaxing and letting go is a wiser way to live.

Meditation teaches us how to let go and stay centered in the midst of change.

Letting go doesn’t mean not caring, it means caring without attachment.
