It’s no secret that regular physical training is a powerful way to overcome stress and elevate your health, (mind and body).
But it wasn’t until I started deliberate mind (and spirit) training, did I realize how this all fits together and just how much more expansion is possible, on every level!
For all of you hitting the gym and putting in the work every day, you already have the discipline, why not give yourself the gift of a few minutes of mind training daily?
Mindfulness is a powerful practice and way of being, but there are many ways to expand awareness, inner peace, joy, overcome negative emotions, and heal past trauma.
Doing the inner work is a lifelong journey and some of the most important work you can do.
